Don’t call it a food court
Rustle+Roux will offer seven food stations including Mercato by Fabio Viviani, which will offer Napoli-style pizzas, fresh salads and a variety of gnocchi and pasta made from scratch; Mercadito Taqueria which will offer a menu featuring delicious salads, tacos, and traditional side dishes; Grill’d, which will offer freshly made sandwiches; So Deli, a sandwich station complete with a carvery; Create, a station of daily made to order items; a salad bar offering fresh, seasonal ingredients; and an illy coffee bar. Each station will have a specialty menu, in addition to new daily and weekly options featuring fresh ingredients and scratch-made entrees that are sourced locally whenever possible. Opening June 9th in the 227 West Monroe Building. No word yet if goose will be served.
