So you enjoy a savory breakfast with eggs sunny side up, ham on the bone and some biscuits and gravy. I get it. But how could you deny the sweetness going down at Over Easy? How could you pass on a FRENCH TOAST SANDWICH? How could you not want to rub this dish all over your face?
Whats this bad boy made of? Oh, just two thick ass slices of layered brioche on strawberry compote and marscapone cheese, then topped with a canister of powdered sugar. Forreals, give the Chilaquiles a fucking siesta mang and partake in this shit.
Props to Big Bites for hooking this flick up…ole girl is a culinary Winston Wolf–she gets called in to various dining experiences to ensure plates get sent back to the kitchen so clean they look like they been detailed.
